MINIMUM ORDER £10
All our products are covered with a 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty (also known as a guarantee) and are based on a RTB (Return to Base) Contract at the purchaser's cost. In the unlikely event of a breakdown or failure a Repair or Replacement is undertaken within 10 working days and re-shipped back to your original address and costs incurred by ourselves.
PRICES are current at the time of publishing, but the right is reserved to amend or revise PRICES without notice.
PAYMENT to be made with order by CHEQUE or CREDIT / DEBIT CARD. (we do not recommend you send CASH through the post)
ORDERS can be placed either by POST, TELEPHONE, FAX or WEB.
All GOODS remain the property of YORKSHIRE CLOCK BUILDERS until payment is paid in full.
CARRIAGE / INSURANCE / PACKAGING CHARGES should be added to the GOODS TOTAL.
V.A.T. is calculated on GOODS TOTAL plus CARRIAGE / INSURANCE / PACKAGING charge.
DESPATCH is made within 3 days from receipt of order.
Please allow extra time for a cheque to clear if this method of payment is used.
DAMAGED GOODS. Should you be unfortunate enough to receive a damaged parcel, please inform us without delay. Also, please retain the packaging for inspection by the carrier’s insurers.
Any SHORTAGES must be reported within 5 WORKING DAYS.
